For the first half of my life I fulfilled the expectations of mother, wife, daughter and non-profit manager~and I did it all very successfully. And in those years, my unique being seemed to disappear, getting smaller and smaller. I really never lost it; instead I dismissed it, put it under wraps, put everyone else first, so that when I was asked "who are you at the core level?" I couldn't answer it. I did not recognize myself. Does this sound familiar to you as a woman?
I decided that in order to save myself I had to change my life, and have spent several years on the journey of self-discovery. And along the way, not only did I discover what an amazing woman I am, I also found that I was able to continue in the roles I had created in my life in a much more fulfilling way!
Each of us is extraordinary and each of us has a gift to share with the world. My goal is to provide individuals with the exquisite space to discover their core essence, create a new way of approaching their life, create entirely new possibilities!
